An Introduction to the Understanding of the Life World

This book was published in Tehran in 2017. I have dedicated this book to Nietzsche. Its main theme is called Hermeneutics of Life, which is a scientific and critical method that I have made with an inspiration from three thinkers, namely Edmund Husserl, Sigmund Freud, and Wilhelm Dilthey. My main effort in this book was to have a fundamental critique on human sciences and the scientific methods of human sciences studies. Among the criticisms I presented about these methods, I introduced a method called Hermeneutics of Life as a scientific way of thinking about human sciences and human beings. This book was actually a very deep study of the theories of Sigmund Freud, Edmund Husserl, Martin Heidegger, Friedrich Hegel, Jacques Lacan, Erich Fromm, Friedrich Nietzsche, and Max Scheler. It consists of four chapters, as follows:

Chapter 4: Ego and Life World

My method of forming a critical front against scientific study methods in human sciences was phenomenology, which means I tried hard to propose the theoretical structures of a scientific method for studying human phenomena while establishing a critical front called the hermeneutics of life. This was achieved by thinking deeply about myself, as a social being and a big laboratory. Hermeneutics of Life is my theory. However, I need to gradually mature it as much as possible.
